About Nahoko
I grew up in Japan and later lived in New York for eight years after gaining work experience in Japan.
Living abroad helped me understand the challenges of learning and using a foreign language in real life.
I have over 10 years of experience teaching classical ballet to children, which has helped me develop the skills to teach young learners with patience, creativity, and encouragement.
Now based in Hawaii, I teach Japanese online in a friendly and supportive way. I love helping students feel confident and comfortable while learning natural Japanese.
