About Ellie
I am a friendly, supportive and dedicated Psychology tutor with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, MSc in Sport Psychology and PgDip in Psychology. Alongside my academic experience, I am an experienced educator and swimming school owner, where I have developed a strong passion for individualised learning and helping students build confidence.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand your individual strengths, areas for development and goals. My aim is to create a positive, encouraging and judgement-free learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, developing your knowledge and progressing at your own pace.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your understanding of Psychology, improve your academic skills, prepare for assessments or simply feel more confident in your abilities, I will tailor each lesson to support your individual needs and help you achieve your goals.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, supportive and personalised to each student’s individual needs, learning style and goals. I use clear explanations, questioning, discussion, examples and practical activities to make psychology engaging and easier to understand. Lessons are 45 minutes and can be adapted to suit GCSE, A Level and university students. With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, MSc in Sport Psychology and PgDip in Psychology, alongside extensive experience as an educator and swimming school owner, I understand the importance of building confidence alongside developing knowledge, academic skills and exam technique.
