About Philip
Who am I, and why do I teach this course? Before becoming a sales trainer, I worked in the real world of high-powered selling — as a Sales Director in magazine advertising, B2B marketing services, and franchise development. I know firsthand the pressure, the challenges, and the rewards of professional selling. Over the past 15 years, I’ve brought that experience into classrooms across Australia, China, New Zealand, and the U.S., teaching business subjects at the tertiary level. I created this course to share practical, proven methods that help you sell with confidence and integrity — not through pressure, but by becoming a trusted advisor who solves problems and builds long-term relationships.

Hi there, and thank you so much for spending some time with me. One of the biggest trends in business today is the increasing effort by companies to understand and meet customer needs.
