About Mojolaoluwa
From writing characters in class to holding real conversations in Mandarin, my journey as a Chinese Studies student has been full of curiosity and growth. I’ve had the joy of teaching English to both Chinese and non-Chinese speakers, and what inspires me most is seeing students gain confidence—whether it's pronouncing their first Mandarin sentence or finally cracking a tricky tone. I turn grammar into lightbulb moments and make learning feel more like a friendly, purposeful conversation than a rigid lecture. My lessons are structured yet flexible, mixing language practice with cultural insights to keep things engaging and meaningful. As a graduate of Chinese Studies at the University of Lagos and a bilingual speaker of English and Mandarin, my teaching method focuses on clarity, real-life usage, and gradual progress.
