About Dr Alisha

My lessons are structured, focused, and built around one goal: that you genuinely understand the material, not just survive it.

Having taught veterinary physiology and biochemistry at the university level, I know exactly where students get stuck, the concepts that look simple in a textbook but fall apart under exam pressure. We will target those directly.

A typical session follows a clear arc:

Diagnose: First we pinpoint the gaps, whether it's a shaky foundation or a specific topic.
Build: Then we work through the concept from first principles, using diagrams, flowcharts, and clinical examples that make abstract mechanisms concrete.
Lock it in: lastly, we will actively recall and solve exam-style questions, so you leave the session able to reproduce the knowledge, not just recognize it.

I teach anatomy, physiology, veterinary medicine, reproduction, biotechnology, and molecular biology for veterinary and pre-vet students, life-science undergraduates, and professionals preparing for licensing or entrance exams. Sessions are tailored to your syllabus and pace, online or in person.

About the lesson

I'm Dr. Alisha, a Veterinary Sciences graduate and a PhD student at the University of Florida. I tutor anatomy, physiology, veterinary medicine, reproduction along with biotechnology, and molecular biology, the subjects that also decide vet school outcomes.

My method is simple: first principles first, clinical relevance always, memorization never. We build the big picture, then drill the details the exams actually test, using diagrams and active recall so concepts stay with you.

I work with veterinary students, pre-vet undergraduates, and life science professionals, refreshing their foundations. Every session is tailored to your syllabus from exam rescue to deep dives and ends with a clear study plan for what's next.
