About Mark
With over 30 years’ experience as a performer and educator, I’ve sung everywhere from the world’s greatest opera houses to stadiums like Yankee Stadium and the Six Nations. I’ve worked as a principal artist with Welsh National Opera (WNO), English National Opera (ENO), and the Royal Opera House, alongside performing internationally in concerts, stage shows, and broadcasts. I’m also the Creative Director of ABC - The Academy of Barmy Composers, an award-winning educational project that has empowered over 40,000 young people through music, storytelling, and creativity. Classically trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the National Opera Studio, I bring real-world experience, energy, and care to every lesson. Whether you dream of singing on stage or simply want to build confidence and enjoy your voice, I believe learning should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone — because ANY BODY CAN sing!
