About Emma
As a C2-level (CEFR)* and FSL certified native speaker (Immersion French), I'm more than qualified to teach grammar, vocabulary, and oral/written communication to those of varying skill levels. Moreover, having been enrolled in full-time French studies since childhood, I'm well-equipped to tutor those learning at both the formal-academic and casual-conversational stages.

Learning is a highly individual process requiring flexibility and communication. As such, my lessons are designed to be adaptable. A profound believer that there is no single or "correct" way of learning, I've developed my curriculum to shape itself alongside the learner, working to expand upon strengths and address weaknesses. Following a brief assessment period, lessons will build off of one another, each concept tying into an overall framework that'll allow the student to achieve their desired results. Lessons are generally intended for students grades 7-12, though I'd be open to working with adults and/or recreational learners.

If I could describe Emma in a succinct manner it would be hard-working, punctual and thorough. She is passionate about learning and loves spreading knowledge to whomever will lend an ear. Anybody would be hard pressed to spend more than five minutes with her without walking away with something new.
