About Me

I’m a Pilates instructor, corporate professional, and lifelong movement enthusiast with nearly 24 years of experience in dance. My journey with movement has shaped my understanding of the body, posture, coordination, and the connection between physical and mental well-being.

Having experienced the demands of corporate life, including long working hours, prolonged sitting, and everyday stress, I understand how easily movement can take a backseat to our busy schedules. This inspired me to bring together the grace and fluidity of dance with the strength, control, and mindful awareness of Pilates.

My approach focuses on helping individuals move better, build strength, improve posture, develop body awareness, and create a healthier relationship with movement. I am also currently pursuing a Yoga certification to deepen my knowledge and integrate mindful movement into my practice.

I believe movement should be more than a workout — it should be a sustainable part of everyday life, helping us feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to our bodies.

My classes blend Pilates with the grace, rhythm, and creativity of dance to create a refreshing movement experience. As a certified Pilates Mat Instructor with nearly 24 years of dance experience, and currently pursuing a Yoga certification, I bring together different movement practices to help people reconnect with their bodies.

As someone who also works in the corporate world, I understand the challenges of long working hours, work-related stress, and prolonged sitting. My sessions are designed to help you move better, improve mobility, flexibility, core strength, posture, and body awareness, while making time for yourself amidst a busy schedule.

By combining controlled Pilates exercises with fluid, dance-inspired movements, I aim to make fitness enjoyable, mindful, and accessible. Whether you’re a beginner, a working professional, or someone looking to reconnect with movement, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your everyday life.
