About Candace
I graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2020 with a B.S/B.A in Kinesiology with Teacher Certification. After graduating, I worked as a Head JV Volleyball coach, then went abroad to teach English. I was awarded a Fulbright ETA position and taught English in Taiwan. Once returning to the states, I moved from Georgia to Colorado to start my first year teaching in the U.S. I am currently teaching Physical Education and an ELL Coordinator. I am also in school for my ESOL certification, as well as getting a NASM certification for Personal Training.

I base my lessons on how the student(s) learn. I will create personalized instruction depending on the individual needs of each student. For my generalized lesson plans, I focus on incorporating auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning. The lessons will be for students who are learning English as their second language.
