About Luca

I am 32 years old and I am a tenured English teacher (AB24 / AB25) and a qualified teacher of Spanish (AC24 / AC25) and Italian for foreigners (A023). Master's degree in Modern Languages for International Cooperation and Cooperation (Spanish and English). My language skills in Spanish and English are attested by international certifications (CAE C1 and DELE C2). I have had work experience as a teacher of English and Spanish language and civilization at secondary school institutes; freelance translator (websites, packaging, stories, articles, rhythmic translation of songs, software); online and offline professor of Italian, English and Spanish; preparer for Cambridge, Dele, Celi, Cils language certifications; assistant professor of Italian abroad; web content writer. For several years now I have been giving private online and offline lessons in Italian, English and Spanish at all levels and for all ages and needs, using a flexible methodology based on the objectives to be achieved. My hours are flexible and my prices are moderate. Currently, due to covid emergency, I do not give lessons in person. For online lessons I use the Google Suite, Skype (or other VoIP software), textbooks in PDF format, audiovisual materials. I remain available for further information.

About the lesson

I like to be able to transmit not only the language but also the underlying culture of my work. I like to motivate students, push them to give their best and I am very gratified to notice improvements in their performance and, more particularly, in their listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. It is very important to me that students keep track of their progress and the program they have done. For this reason, together with the student, I take care of a shared document in which the topics covered, the grammar, the syntactic structures and the vocabulary encountered, the homework, etc. are noted. I also prepare students for language certifications, for work reasons, to improve pronunciation and oral skills etc.
