About Daniele

I am a confident, motivated, and open-minded individual with a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. My journey began with physical sports like rugby, semi-pro swimming, and semi-pro martial arts, which have all contributed to my deep-rooted understanding of athleticism. As a teenager, I discovered the transformative power of combining Pilates (classical) with weight training and body weight movements. I have since witnessed remarkable improvements in mental and physical strength and flexibility in both myself and my clients. For the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to training a diverse range of individuals. My expertise has expanded through collaborations with physios and surgeons, and I have trained semi-pro boxers, bikini competition participants, and individuals preparing for wedding photoshoots. Transforming my passion into a fulfilling career, I am driven by a sincere desire to empower others to achieve their health and fitness goals in whatever way my clients enjoy. (I would always suggest and guide you to what’s the best strategy with you) This is a journey that we walk together, I can show you the way but you’re the one that needs to do the work.

Achieve your fitness goals with personalised 1-on-1 Pilates sessions, available also via Zoom, in the comfort of your home.  (It be good to have at least few sessions in person before moving online) 

As a fully Classical, comprehensive Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience, I specialise in guiding clients from beginner to advanced levels through the classical Pilates repertoire and beyond.

Whether you’re starting with minimal to no equipment or looking to deepen your practice in Pilates or to dive into the strength world the SWAY METHOD approach will transform both your body and mind.

In addition to Pilates, I bring over ten years of experience as an advanced-level personal trainer, delivering one-on-one sessions and small group training (4-6 people) across London.

My passion lies in helping individuals achieve lasting results, whether that’s through body transformations, strength development, or long-term fitness improvements.

What to Expect:
Our journey begins with a full body assessment to understand your unique needs and goals. (movements limitations, muscle imbalances etc…) I also analyse your food diary and provide tailored recommendations for adjustments, if necessary.

From there, I create a custom program designed specifically for you, updated every week to ensure continued progress and alignment with your evolving objectives.
