About Natalio
French native man, with 18 years of experience in language teaching and the last 13 in high schools in Scotland. I also develop a strong knowledge of Scottish and British examinations thanks to my work with SQA/ Qualifications Scotland over the last decade (as a verifier and assessor).

For me, teaching a language is about much more than memorising a list of verbs—it is about unlocking a new culture and building real-world confidence.
I approach every student with the belief that anyone can become fluent if the language is broken down logically and taught with empathy.
No two students are the same, so my lessons are highly adaptive. However, a typical session is dynamic, interactive, and structured around three core pillars, in a one-hour lesson:
1. The Hook: We always start with a brief, high-energy conversational warmup to get you comfortable speaking without fear of making mistakes.
2. Contextual Learning: Instead of dry grammar exercises, we look at how native speakers actually talk. We analyse real language, registers (formal vs. informal), and cultural nuances.
3. Active Production: You will do most of the talking! We practice real-world scenarios—from ordering food and travelling to conducting a business meeting or writing a report.
Confidence and psychological safety are everything in language learning. I create a relaxed, supportive environment where mistakes are celebrated as milestones of progress. I also believe in teaching authentic language. I want my students to sound like locals, not like a page out of an outdated textbook!
I curate a modern, rich ecosystem of digital and authentic multimedia resources tailored to your personal interests, including:
* Real-world media (short podcasts, current news articles, and contemporary music).
* Interactive digital tools, visual grammar guides, and pronunciation mapping.
* Tailored business lexicon and sectoral communication codes if you are learning for professional growth."
