About Michael

I am Michele, born in Italy (Milan) and moved to Sydney 5 years ago. I come from traditional Italian recipes, but I could twist them a little bit with a sparkle of Aussie taste. I have 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen and countless hours of experience cooking with my grandma!

About the lesson

Fully Qualified Italian chef in Sydney. A lesson time frame can change, but ideally is 1.5 hours. I currently work in a premium restaurant in Sydney and my specialty is Italian cuisine. My ideal coaching is towards new learners, elementary level and also someone who wants to improve mastering some Italian dishes. ** Public holidays surcharge 15% l Weekend surcharge 10% l No free session can be scheduled on Public Holidays or Weekends **
