About Lochlann
I really enjoy swimming, going to the gym, playing football and training martial arts especially training kickboxing. I really enjoy teaching swimming lessons as I have been coaching and studying sports and fitness and sports coaching since I was eighteen.

I like to make sure lessons are fun and enjoyable and technique focused as well. I usually focus on technique for the first part of the lessons and play games at the end. This helps keep swimmers engaged while learning important techniques. I have also helped get previous swimmers onto swim teams.
