About Poppy
I have been into fitness since aslong as I can remeber! I have been involved in marital arts sucha as karate, kickboxing and boxing since I was a child and travelled all over the country competing in competitions! I then went on to study uniformed services and gain knowledge about armed forces training and fitness. After that I studied sports and qualified as a pt and gym instructure. I then studied nutrition and gained qualifications in that too:) Iv worked in a gym for about 4 years now with a wide variety of clients and classes! I would love to share my knowledge and lessons I have learnt alond the way.
