About Kailani
I am a wellness consultant with degrees in Psychology (BA), Exercise Science (MS), and Civil Engineering and the Built Environment (PhD). My experience includes working with youth, adults, and seniors to improve physical health, psychological resilience, and improve general well-being. In educational contexts I have taught university tutorials and worked one-on-one with disabled youth and young adults, particularly diagnosed with autism.

The fitness consulting services I offer include a combination of weight training, sports activities, hiking, and water-based activities if appropriate.
