About the lesson

My name is Toshiki, and my goal as a tutor is to help students actually use Japanese with confidence, not just memorize rules. I also provide you with lesson materials for free!

I focus on clear explanations, practical usage, and steady progress, adapting each lesson to the student’s goals and learning style. Whether you want to speak Japanese for daily conversation, travel, work, or exams, I make sure lessons are structured but relaxed, so learning feels motivating rather than stressful.

I have experience teaching Japanese to learners from different backgrounds and levels. I understand the common difficulties learners face and know how to explain Japanese in a clear, approachable way.

As a tutor, I am patient, encouraging, and attentive to each student’s progress. I focus on building both skill and confidence, so students can see real improvement over time.
