I am certified yoga teacher. I am prabhakhar in Hindustani class musical & practising Nada Yoga for many years.
I can guide you about meditation, pranayama, chanting sound healing, yogic kriyas, joint movements, ashtanga & vinyasa yoga flow.

Its always better to start yogic practices at an early age. Yoga not only helps in making kids fit & strong but it also helps in strengthening mental & emotional wellbeing of children. While Pranayam can tremendously help in increasing concentration power. That's why My Yoga class not only consists of Asana but I also teach Pranayam, Meditation & Body awareness so that your child can reap the overall benefits of Yoga.
I focus on individiual requirements.
I don't set any fixed rule of teaching because one size can't fit all.
So, I try understading needs of my clients or students to help them accordingly. I try my best to make my class fun & friendly.
