About Anya

I have a decade of teaching experience, and I really enjoy teaching and inspiring students like yourself! I've made a career out of finding ways to teach everyone out there! I am able to teach students as young as 3 years old with fun and interactive lessons that involve a lot of singing, clapping, and playing fun songs that involve developing a sense of rhythm for little ones. The older students can explore various other avenues and styles such as classical music, jazz and pop music. I've also introduced the basics of composition and improvisation to those interested. All of my music lessons are supported with thorough theory foundations! Adult students get their own special adult piano beginner book. Perfect for those who are looking to get into piano for the first time, or to remind rusty fingers what they could do once upon a time. Qualifications include: BMus and Amus

About the lesson

Fun academic piano lessons available from my own music school in Pymble. I'm a highly skilled and qualified pianist and I have mastered the art of teaching people how to play the piano! I’ve been teaching for over a decade and playing the piano for over 2 decades! I teach all students from beginner, G1-8, Advanced, and Adult Beginner. My approach is to teach very thorough foundations so that my students are well prepared for exams and performances such as — AMEB Exams, Trinity London Exams, ABRSM Exams, HSC exams, Practical Exams, Theory Exams, and Eisteddfod competition performances and the school end of year recital. My goal is for my students to be able to pick up a new piece of music and play it on their own without my assistance! I offer a free trial lesson for students who wish to join before December 31st
