About Sophia
Hi there! I’m Sophia Bennett, and I genuinely enjoy helping students discover how exciting coding becomes when concepts are explained clearly and connected with practical projects and future career skills. Over the last 5 years, I have guided students through beginner to advanced programming concepts while helping them strengthen technical confidence through project-based learning and supportive mentoring systems. I studied at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I built strong foundations in computer science and digital technology. My teaching style is practical, beginner-friendly, and highly interactive so students feel comfortable building projects and improving technical skills step by step. I received the Quantum Future Creator Medal and the Digital Logic Vision Trophy for helping students strengthen coding confidence and career-focused technical growth through personalized mentoring systems. Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring AI development tools, designing productivity apps, studying startup-tech trends, and mentoring students interested in future technology careers.
