About Jimena
I fell in love with languages when I began learning my third language, Italian, and was opened to so many other opportunities because of it.
The culture that comes with a different language and how complex it is is absolutely mesmerizing. I love it.
It also began when I moved countries and saw the beauty of how different languages create different ideas, values, art, personalities, etc. Since moving here, I decided that in the future I would like be a Spanish teacher and I want to start as soon as possible!
I wish that everyone could experience my point of view and the best way to do so is to learn a new language themselves! I'd love to help as many people as possible to do so.

Ask about goals, previous experience, etc. before jumping into a realistic interaction in Spanish.
Mostly casual--made up as we go. We can focus on specific subjects if needed or any special wants/needs if appropriate.
Tutoring:
Get to know student and level of Spanish.
Prior to the lesson, I might ask the current study method to familiarize myself with what's most effective with the student.
Discuss the issues or areas where help is needed and begin lesson/help.
I would provide examples and assign small assignments and/or homework as practice depending on the clients preferences.
