About Lucy

Is mise Lucy. I am a 28 year old, who lives and breathes all-things Gaeilge.
I am very passionate about the language and have experience teaching at all levels and ages- from secondary school, to primary-age at summer camps, and now I teach adults in evening classes.
I would really love to inspire and help you learn this beautiful language!

I teach Irish to all levels and ages, and have experience with ages of 5-70.
I believe the spoken language is most important and like to focus on that- as once you have an understanding on sentence structure, aural and oral, the written follows. Of course, writing is still needed during lessons- but it is not my focus.
I have a first class honors degree in the language, as well as certificates in teaching the language.
My classes last approx 1 hour but am happy to do longer classes where necessary.
