Hello! My name is Londi, and I am passionate about helping beginners gain confidence with computers. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology (Software Development) and have several years of professional experience using computers in administration, customer service, and business operations. I understand that learning technology can feel overwhelming, so I create a patient, supportive, and easy-to-follow learning environment. Whether you are learning to use a computer for the first time, improving your Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet, or general digital skills, I will guide you step by step at your own pace. My Approach to Teaching
I believe anyone can become confident using a computer with the right guidance and practice. My lessons are practical, patient, and tailored to each student's pace and learning goals. Rather than focusing only on theory, I use real-life exercises that help students build confidence using a computer for work, study, or everyday life.
With over 15 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, and IT, together with a Diploma in IT Software Development, I understand the computer skills employers are looking for. My goal is to help students gain practical, job-ready skills in a friendly and supportive learning environment.
I teach in English and isiZulu, making lessons accessible and easy to understand for a wide range of learners.
A typical lesson includes step-by-step guidance, practical exercises, opportunities to ask questions, and personalised feedback. Students can expect to learn at their own pace while developing the confidence to use computers independently.
