About Ailie
I am fresh out of school. I successfully sat the new English GCSE exams and successfully completed my English Literature and English Language A levels. This provides me with fresh experience, advice and relatability, that most other tutors can't provide.
A levels:
A - English Lang ( A* in coursework)
B - English Lit (A* in coursework)
B - Art
Top GCSEs:
8s in English Language and Maths
A*s in History and Religious Studies
7 in English Lit.
Essays are my strong point. Especially coursework.
Head girl experience, can give advice from that p.o.v

Practise Essays are essential for success in English exams. My main methodology is setting essays and going through pros and cons with students.
I am especially handy with essay structure and developing your voice as an academic writer.
I will help produce colourful and organised flash cards and mind maps.
I will offer extra research and ideas to take back to your classroom and into the exam hall.
I will be in touch with any videos or articles I have found which could aid learning.
I am flexible and will adapt my teaching to the student's needs and learning preferences.
