About Zoe
I currently practice as a Mental Health Practitioner and have a passion for psychology. I love to learn and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others! My long term goal is to be a psychology professor. I studied psychology at uni, then worked in mental health field for a few years then completed my masters qualification. I have wide range of experience working with individuals of all ages with many different mental health problems, ranging from mild to severe. I have worked in the field of psychology for the past 10 years. I’ve dived into all the different areas and fields of psychology, including all the different therapy approaches. I have also got experience working as a therapist, which is my current role.

I have extensive knowledge of psychology and mental health, from academic study and experience working in the field. I have a passion for psychology, so have spent a lot of my own time over the years expanding my knowledge and educating myself further. I’ve read so many books, listened to so many podcasts, and I’ve explored so much research. A common experience I found in my own educational journey was that the teaching was always surface level, whereas I had a desire to deeply explore and understand things thoroughly. In my tutoring lessons, I will go as deep as possible and support you in developing rich knowledge and insight into psychology.
