About Caroline
I am 27 years old and simply enjoy working with students and can impart knowledge playfully but effectively from experience.
Currently I am still a student of law, but I have already completed my 1st state exam and will soon finish all my studies.
I have been giving German lessons and other tutoring since the 10th grade and thus already for over 10 years.

My lessons are very individual! At the beginning of the first lesson, I ask my students what their goal is and discuss a strategy/approach to achieve this goal and any other goals. Currently, I have a 5th grade student with whom I talk weekly about the school material. I try to get the student to talk as much as possible so that we can correct mistakes together. We also read books together or talk about topics she finds interesting so that she can also expand her vocabulary and grammar skills at the same time. In addition, I also give learning tips and try to discuss possible learning problems with her so that she can work on them outside of our class. Another student of mine is a doctor from abroad, with whom I go through her patient interviews (anonymously, of course) and correct mistakes and we work together on improvements. I correct pronunciation, if necessary, grammar, sentence structure, etc. I am currently reading a book together with a Polish-speaking student, so that sentence structure and vocabulary are improved. I point out errors, give synonyms, general usage, formal usage, point out confusion with other words. All my students are always in a good mood and we try to be productive while having fun. So far this works very well! I get only positive feedback to this effect :) So we will surely find a suitable solution for you!

I try to arrange fixed dates weekly if possible. My lessons can be rescheduled up to 3 days before the appointment. However, this should remain an exception.
