About Andrea

Native speaker with +10 years of London teaching experience. I am an extremely patient tutor and will tailor the lessons to your needs. However, I still strive to make the lessons fun and varied and have held lessons in the past in museums, parks or galleries so if you wish you will also be able to see new places in London while learning/improving your German! Some of my students have now successfully relocated to Germany for a new job and others are not tongue-tied anymore and chat away happily in German with their German friends, relatives or partners. You soon will see the difference too!

About the lesson

German conversation lessons tailored to your particular needs and level of German. Depending on your level of German, lessons will either focus on the basics of the German language or, if you are an advanced student, we focus on the particular topics you wish to improve upon. Homework will be given if the student wishes to. I offer lessons in Wandsworth and surrounding areas. Please contact me if you are looking for a tutor in Earlsfield, Tooting, Clapham, Southfields or Wimbledon.

Excellent! Early days yet however student is very much enjoying the German sessions with Andrea. Clearly she is very knowledgeable on her subject but she is also very pleasant, a good communicator and always arrives on time.

Deadly! Andrea has been tutoring me for a while. She is a very friendly tutor. She always tries to capture my needs and modifies her style accordingly. She brings lots of useful materials that help me practice. She is very accommodating, but also a bit challenging which is always good when you're learning a new skill. Free lesson is an introductory session so we can discuss the lessons, I can get an idea of your level of German and so we can get to know each other. This session generally lasts for about 15 to 30 min.
