I am a very athletic person who loves to run, swim, walk, take classes like Pilates, yoga etc. I enjoy teaching others in many fields and I’m qualified to teach several exercises.
If you need to lose weight, gain muscle or become fitter all at home. I can be your guide to success! I have a very chill teaching style but still push you to your best.
