About Pouria

I am a martial artist, a kickboxing champion and certified fitness coach with professional qualifications, including ISSA Kickboxing Coach. I’ve personally transformed my life, losing over 35 kilos, so I understand the challenges of getting fit and staying motivated. My lessons combine expert technique, disciplined training, and real-life experience, giving students the guidance, confidence, and support they need to achieve lasting results and push their limits.

About the lesson
