About Yuvaraj
An athlete who shifted his focus on bodybuilding and powerlifting his college days. I have a 6-year background in training fellow athletes to lose fat, get in shape, and achieve their fitness goals.
No steroids in my house, that's for sure!
As far as academics are concerned, I finished engineering and am freelancing for a living.

My approach splits 30-70.
30% goes into your workouts. Whether you want to do basic cardio or you want to hit the weights like a powerlifter, it doesn't matter. I can craft a plan suitable for you.
70% is what you put in your mouth. Are you a vegan or an avid carnivore? No problemo. I will give you the most suitable diet plan that your body accepts and doesn't feel like a torture chamber.
P.S: I can deliver that "3-month transformation" or the short weight loss before your wedding but I want you to stick to this game long term.
