I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I love what I do and love working with all ages and capabilities . I have been in this profession for over 20 years . My clients have achieved better health and lifestyles with my help .

My teaching method is personal , patient, encouraging and motivating . I am a certified group exercise instructor and also personal trainer. I am certified in several areas of fitness such as Foam roller, TRX, Stability Ball training, spinning and Les Mills Body Pump.
