About Zack
I have done competitive powerlifting and I have also had a few years of focus on bodybuilding style training. In this time, I have come to discover that training from an approach of science helps better. After countless hours of reading through research studies and meta-analyses, I have designed multiple training macrocycles and nutritional plans for peers. With extensive research on motor unit recruitment, muscular fatigue, calcium ion channels, and more, I will get you to where you need to be and further.

My training will guarantee results in strength training, hypertrophy training, weight loss, nutrition and more. I will ensure close communication, check-ins with clients, and personalized macrocycles and mesocycles depending on your training goals, down to the last detail. Whatever your goals are, I will take the science-based approach with my experience in competitive powerlifting and bodybuilding training.
