I am a college graduate in the college of health technology, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. I'm an online computer tutor and also a home fitness trainer with an experience of 7 years. Currently I'm an undergraduate in the University of Calabar, Nigeria.

I start by the introduction, which involves the definition of fitness and why it's important for the immune system. Then proceed down to the joints in the body and areas that'll be affected positively during the course of the fitness classes. Then further proceed to the various workouts and where it's applicable. And finally I end each of my classes by recommending the right diet after every workout session.
