About Saima

I'm Saima, a certified German language tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience and a professional background spanning international organizations across Europe and Asia.

My teaching qualification comes from the Goethe-Institut, the world's leading authority on German language education, where I completed my DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) training with distinction. I also hold a Cambridge Certificate in Teaching Business English, which informs how I approach professional and academic language learning.

Beyond teaching, I bring 10+ years of experience working in international, fully remote environments — which means I communicate clearly, show up reliably, and respect your time. I hold an MBA from Buckinghamshire University (UK) and have worked with people across more than 60 countries throughout my career.

I am multilingual — German (C2), English (fluent), Urdu (native) and basic French — which gives me genuine insight into what it takes to learn a language as an adult. I don't just teach German. I understand what it feels like to learn it.

I teach fully online, with flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones worldwide.

About the lesson

My lessons are practical, structured, and always tailored to you. Before we start, I take time to understand your goal — whether that's surviving a trip to Germany, passing a language exam, communicating professionally, or simply finally understanding why German grammar works the way it does.
A typical lesson includes a short warm-up conversation to build confidence, focused work on your specific weak points (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or writing), and real-life exercises using authentic materials — not just textbook drills. Every lesson ends with clear takeaways so you know exactly what to practise before we meet again.
What sets me apart: I learned German as a foreign language myself, which means I understand your frustration from the inside. I won't just tell you the rule — I'll show you how to actually remember and use it.
