I believe in group interaction with students for the enhancement of their logical/analytical skills as well as for furnished verbal abilities. Class participation is indeed a prima facie requirment for improvising the learning process. I believe in rallying more towards practical approach by drawing real-life experience, creating a visual element to accompany the lesson and attempt to weave interactivity throughout rather than focusing merely on theoretical aspect. Being a law professional, integrating emotions into the lessons is must. This shall make my course more relatable and can also give positive encouragement and motivation that a student needs to succeed. I would encourage exploration and true collaboration as much as possible by offering group projects. The central theme of every learning must always be a question or a problem that needs to be solved. This lets students integrate their own personal experience into what they are learning. Afterall, effective implementation is the key to success.
