About Kristiyan
I want to teach because I believe all of these online videos and tutors make too much of a big deal of English as a GCSE subject, I believe it is hard and it does require hard work; it can be much easier if you study smarter not harder. I got both of my 8's with very little effort throughout the year and basically none in year 10. When I was in year 10 my teacher had given up on me and predicted my grades as 5's, but rather than giving up or having a fixed mindset I was more attentive in lessons, included very small monthly revision and big revision on the GCSE tests about 2 weeks before the tests happened. In my opinion English is one of the easier GCSE's to get a good grade on if you study correctly rather than make a huge deal out of it and waste all your time revising, while it is very important for Collages/Sixth forms and later on University. So I have an ideology where I believe that you should push until you get good grades on English but not overwork so you can focus on other subjects. As a person who is not of British descent and I spent 7 years of my life in a foreign country I was much more eager to learn the language and high level vocabulary, I understand the important of structure and sounding like a professional writer. Also I am 17 so I am not including a personal photo as of now.

I focus on using more free flow writing rather than using old and boring memorisation, my favourite way when I was doing my GCSE's to get better results was to watch useful videos and practice making my vocabulary better. My methodology will consist of writing mini essays and watching essay example videos in the student's spare time to learn more about examples of good essays, giving students tips on how to improve vocabulary and but not only limited to giving students feedback and other tips that can help them get better grades with the least amount of effort possible based on the individual. Lessons are going to be around 30min-2hours long. I may be a first time tutor but I helped many of my friends during GCSE times get much better results. Lastly my lessons are for any students wishing to achieve high level GCSE scores (Grade 7-9) aged between 14-16 or anyone in secondary school who strives for the best performance for the future. Also I am 17 so I am not including a personal photo as of now.
