About Emily
I am a Bethel University Alum and i graduate in May of 2022 with a psychology major and criminal justice minor. I graduate with a 3.3 GPA and was very involved with the Psychology Department during my enrollment. This past summer I also learned my license as a behavior technician for ABA and I used to teach autism children basic learning concepts through the methods of ABA, which is a learning process that is very beneficial for long term learning (not just autistic teaching!).

The first step is to gage what they know and what they don't know. I will then ask them what is the best way that they learn (visual learning, etc). Once I have learned that a little more about my student, I will then go over the concepts that they have said they were comfortable with first, and then move into the things they are not familiar with. It will be a back and forth review of familiar and non-familiar concepts so that the student is able to feel confident in their understanding.
