As I have experienced in my OJT I have always welcomed my elementary students with enthusiasm to set the mood in the class between the teacher and the students. I always make the learning fun and engaging by putting games in my activities. Also, I always make sure that students really understand the topic/lesson. To add, mistakes are welcome in my class as it is part of learning.
