About Izabela
I am a graduate with a BA in Latin American Studies and I possess in-depth cultural knowledge of South American and Iberic cultures. Having studied a year abroad in Argentina as part of my degree, I have come to understand linguistic variations between countries, in terms of lexicon, grammar and pronunciation.
I have previous experience of working with primary school students and teaching them foreign languages. I also have some experience tutoring older people.

I can give lessons from an A1 level up to a B2. Age is not important as I can adapt my teaching style according to age.
I like to start my lesson by discussing the student's expectations and goals. I would then proceed by giving an initial assessment to check the level of knowledge, the problems and where we should start improving in order to meet the goal.
The lessons will be very interactive and new. I will combine the lessons with engaging trivia about the country or the subject we work on in order to establish connections between what we learn and practical situations. I could use news articles, videos, or material I prepare myself for this purpose.
I will also check in with the student to see whether there is a need to revisit some topics.
