About Jordan
My name is Jordan Flanagan and I am a dedicated History teacher specializing in Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate History. I have a strong passion for helping students understand historical topics clearly while developing the exam skills needed to achieve higher grades.
I believe that History should be engaging, structured, and accessible to all students. My teaching focuses on breaking down complex topics into clear explanations while helping students improve their essay writing, short-answer technique, and overall exam confidence.
I enjoy supporting students in reaching their full potential and helping them approach their exams with confidence and strong preparation.

I provide clear, engaging History tutoring for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students. My lessons focus on improving understanding of key topics while developing the exam skills needed to achieve higher grades.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual student and includes structured explanations, revision strategies, exam-style questions, and guidance on writing strong short answers and essays. I place a strong emphasis on helping students understand how to approach exam questions and organise their answers effectively.
My goal is to build confidence, strengthen historical knowledge, and help students perform to the best of their ability in school assessments and state examinations.
