About Aurora
Hello! My name is Aurora, I recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree in human development, with a minor in psychology. I can relate to many students when I tell them I used to hate English class, as well as many other subjects in school. Now, I enjoy teaching others these topics. If I learned it so can you! Be patient with yourself and we will work together to tackle your challenges.

I am diligent about listening to the needs of the student to better understand my role in helping your child succeed in the subject. The age of the student will determine my lesson plan for the session.
For elementary age:
We will focus on spelling, grammar, and sentence forming and/or structure. I like to add some phonics into my lessons, as it helps build vocabulary and core aspects of English as a language.
Middle and high school age:
We will work on sentence structuring, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, grammar tactics, tips for essay writing, and more!
My goal is to make our sessions fun and effective!
