I am a graduate of professional dance and movement in any style inspires me, I believe by laying the groundwork and protecting your body you can maintain healthy fitness discipline, positive wellbeing and prevention of injury. I would like to help others feel more grounded within whether it's through Pilates, qigong exercise or learning new skills in gymnastics.
