About Tiya
Hi,
My name is Tiya, I'm 18 years old I received all 9's at GCSE and I have just finished my A- Levels.
I absolutely love learning and just going through the process of exams myself. I have cultivated some excellent ways to revise for any upcoming exams you may have.
As a Drama A- Level student, LAMDA student and NYT member I have honed my confidence and public speaking skills over the years and I would love to use these skills to aid someone else in the same department.
As a History and English student, I have also learnt how to write quick clear yet efficient essays and speed read. I would be glad to pass on this knowledge to any future students.

I like to have a conversation and a general base lesson with my students to see what level they are performing at.
With reading and public speaking I like to get my students used to speaking random pieces of text out loud to improve their confidence. I also like to use techniques such as timing and educational games to get my students more excited about learning.
I have previously performed play learning with 4-6 year olds
I have worked at a Drama Company as an assistant teacher
I have also aided as a teaching assistant for reception
Tutored Maths and English for a 9 year old
Tutored Maths and English for 11+
My lessons can range from 40 minutes to 1hr 30 minutes
I would give lessons from 5 -15
