About Zara
Hello my name is Zara and I am a professional dancer based in Leeds.
I teach on Superprof because I enjoy sharing movement in an accessible, supportive way and helping people build confidence in their bodies. Teaching allows me to pass on my professional experience in contemporary dance while adapting to each individual’s needs and goals.
I’m a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher with experience across performance, improvisation, and creative practice. My approach is inclusive and encourages both technical development and personal expression.

Yoga specific :
I offer welcoming yoga classes designed for all levels, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each session blends breathwork, flowing movement, and grounding postures to help you reconnect with your body and calm the mind.
What to expect: Whether you want to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply find space to unwind, these classes are designed to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
