About Fredrick
While studying creative writing in university, I worked for the Academic Success Center in my university's library, as well as the on-campus literature publication as editor-in-chief and the lead fiction editor. Working as a writing tutor, I was awarded Level-1 certification, as well as certification in APA-style. While working as the lead fiction editor for the Beacon Literary & Arts Journal, I published two issues that were available to all students and faculty.
Currently, I work as a freelance beta reader, ghost writer, and editor. I also volunteer for Defunkt Magazine as a fiction reader.

As a tutor, I get to know my students and learn about common issues they may have with their writing. I offer exercises to help motivate brainstorming and keeping the writing session moving in a positive direction. I will meet you where you are in your journey and help you find the words you need to convey your unique ideas.
