With my teaching, I make sure to understand the individual needs of my students and create a lesson and resources that are suited for every individual. Lessons can range between 30 minutes and 60 minutes, knowing when it's time to keep working or when it's time for a brain break. I am currently a primary school teacher and am in my second year of teaching. Prior to that, I have been a manager with a focus on training my staff. I know how to make a lesson engaging, fun but also informative, and challenging.
