About Pareeshay
Hello, I am Pareeshay and I recently graduated from STEM Innovation Academy completing the healthcare pathway. I am going to attend G.A. State University in the fall with a minor in Spanish and major in Psychology. I am passionate about tutoring Spanish and spreading love for the language. I have been tutoring Spanish for seven years in school. I also founded my high school's National Spanish Honor Society and the tutoring branch. In our program I tutored multiple students with varied learning styles. I also have experience as a math and reading tutor as I was an early learner's teacher at Kumon for students ages 5-8 and have taught kids how to read Arabic and about Islamic History. Teaching and helping others is one of my favorite activities.

My approach is patient and enthusiastic. I like to learn the students strengths, weaknesses, and learning style and go from there. I would usually begin with a warm-up, lesson mixed with a practice activity, then let the student try on their own or practice what we have learned. I have 7 years of tutoring experience in Spanish at school, along with experience as an Arabic teacher for reading for 9 years, and was a teacher for children ages 5-8 for math and reading at Kumon. My lessons for Spanish are for all ages, and for math are from 5th grade and lower for math, and 8th grade and lower for reading in middle school. I am also able to help with advisement for college essays, teach English, and edit essays in general. Also can help with all subjects from Pre-K to 8th grade and help with Highschool English.
