About Nerea

I am a music enthusiast and despite music not being my professional career, it has been my one and only hobby. I have played in multiple orchestras in Spain and Ireland and music ensembles. During my training years, I received masterclasses from prestigious violists worldwide, learning different teaching approaches.

About the lesson

Playing viola since the age of eight taught me different approaches when learning an instrument. After 10 years of study in prestigious conservatories, I developed a learning approach that combined both technique and joy. I am now willing to share this knowledge and inspire the next generation of musicians. I am offering 1-hour viola lessons for all ages and levels (with focus on classical music repertoire). I organize lessons in three parts: (1) scale and arpeggio warm-up, (2) étude (short musical composition to master a technical skill) and (3) composition (to explore musicality).
