A Graduate from the Master of Business at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) / a Japanese native speaker / offering Japanese lessons for beginners to advanced level in a fun way

Deadly! Miki is a wonderful Japanese teacher and both of my kids absolutely love learning with her. She is very responsive, polite, punctual, and always well prepared for each lesson.

She makes learning fun and engaging by using a variety of teaching methods including crafts, worksheets, songs, videos, and book reading. Her interactive approach keeps the children interested and excited to learn Japanese every week.

Miki is patient, encouraging, and creates a positive learning environment at home. We are very happy with her teaching and would highly recommend her to others.

Excellent! Lovely to speak with this lovely teacher, however I still haven’t had the chance to meet her for a free lesson as I got busy with work again. Hope to touch base with you again soon when the timing is right.

Deadly! Excellent teacher, easy to learn from

Deadly! Miki and I have been working on remembering Japanese from when I lived in Japan as an exchange student. She is so kind and her lessons are well structured. I would 10000% recommend working with Miki to learn Japanese.

Deadly! Good at explaining, and pronouciation of words. Daughter enjoyed talking to her

Deadly! Miki was always reliable, prepared and patient with my boys (and also me, as scheduler). My son's grades improved after she started working with him on his school Japanese, and my boys enjoyed her lessons.

Deadly! Miki is very knowledgeable and her teaching techniques are easy to follow along. She is very kind, friendly and patient with her students.

Deadly! Miki really listened to our goals for our lessons, and delivered the content to match! She is very friendly and approachable, and after our lesson we love talking to her about Japanese culture. Thanks Miki!

Deadly! Miki is a wonderful tutor, proficient in Japanese and skilled in understanding the reasons and context for your particular interest in learning the language. She is friendly, inquisitive and supportive of your attempts to master the language. She was also helpful in contextualising what I learnt aligned to my interests and places of interests when travelling to Japan in November. Her provision of learning material for your practice is also very useful. She comes highly recommended!

Deadly! Miki quickly understood my goals and designed lessons around them. I appreciate her patience and the lesson structure, which includes revision and building on base knowledge. I have learned so much already and look forward to the next lesson. Sensai, arigato gozaimasu.

Deadly! Miki’s flexibility and supportiveness are exceptional. My enthusiasm for learning Japanese has only grown with her as my tutor, and I’m deeply appreciative of the time she dedicates to my education.

After two years on Duolingo, it’s Miki’s instruction that has truly elevated my practical Japanese language abilities. I eagerly anticipate furthering my studies under her tutoring throughout the coming year!
