About Katie
I am a classically trained violist from Ireland. I have played professionally in the NSO, RTÉ CO, Ulster Orchestra and NI Opera Orchestra. My chamber music endeavors have taken me to West Cork Chamber Music Festival, and as a young artist to Chamber Music on Valentia. I will be continuing my studies at HEM Geneve in September, and will complete my Masters in Classical Music Performance.

I tailor each lesson to suit my student, from beginner to advanced. I understand everyone learns in different ways. I have a strong foundation in the Suzuki method, and am happy to explore the possibilities of different examining boards. The lessons will be balanced, fun and informative! I am happy to teach both violin and viola to a high level.
